ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN THE CITY OF LAGRANGE, TROUP COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING KNOWN AND DISTINGUISHED AS LOT 48, BLOCK 160, SHEET 20, AS PER THE 1949 TAX MAP OF THE CITY OF LAGRANGE, A DRAWING OF SAID LOT AS IT APPEARS ON SAID TAX MAP BEING SHOWN ON A WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 318, PAGE 344, TROUP COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF A MORE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF SAID LOT.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the November 23, 2026. This property is also known as Troup County Tax Parcel No. 0611D 015 045
The Sheriff’s Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the September 2, 2025, and recorded in Deed Book 2349 Page 833, Troup County, Georgia Deed Records. The property may be redeemed at any time before the November 23, 2026 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
