It appearing to the Court that a petition regarding the above initialed children born to Elida Vasquez-Lopez having been filed in this court on September 15, 2026, alleging the above-named children to be dependent as defined by O.C.G.A. 15-11-2(22), and it further appearing that the whereabouts of the legal father, Daniel Vasquez, and the putative father, Rudy Sales, are unknown, and service upon said parties, must be perfected by publication.
This is to notify Daniel Vasquez, Rudy Sales, and all other persons with a parental interest in the above-named children to appear before the Juvenile Court of Troup County, Georgia located at 118 ridley avenue, LaGrange, Georgia, on the 18th day of November 2026, at 1:30 p.m. for an adjudication, disposition, and initial review hearing. You are further notified that you are entitled to counsel in the proceedings and that the court will appoint counsel for you if you are unable to afford an attorney without undue financial hardship.
