Under and by virtue of the Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion for Default Judgment Against Lamar Hill, dated January 26, 2026, entered in the State Court of Troup County, State of Georgia, Case No. 25-CS-555, in the total amount of $257,992.06, with interest accruing at the rate of 9.75%, and recorded in the Superior Court of Troup County, against Defendant Lamar Hill, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, during the legal hours for sale, before the courthouse steps of Troup County, Georgia, to be held on the first Tuesday in November, 2026, the same being November 3, 2026, the following described property:

The aforesaid property, known as 310 Willow Pointe Drive, LaGrange, Georgia 30240
(the “Property”’) will be sold subject to ad valorem taxes (including taxes which are a lien, but not yet due and payable) and all easements, covenants, restrictions, and encumbrances of record. The Property, or a portion thereof, may be possessed by Lamar Hill, or a tenant of same. The Property is being levied upon to satisfy or partially satisfy the Writ of Fieri Facias in favor of BC Stone Homes, LLC (the “Plaintiff in Fi.Fa.”) against Lamar Hill (the “Defendant in Fi.Fa.”). The excess, if any, will be distributed to the person or persons legally entitled thereto. The Writ of Fieri Facias was issued on January 29, 2026, and recorded by the Superior Court of Troup County, Georgia on January 30, 2026, in Lien Book 186, Page 237, levied on as the property of Defendant in Fi.Fa., notice of levy and sale having been given to the Defendant in Fi.Fa., as required by law. The sale will be conducted subject to (1) confirmation that the sale is not prohibited under the United States Bankruptcy Code, and (2) final confirmation and audit of the status of the lien with the holder of the Order to foreclose.
