LOCATION CHANGE
The Mayor and Council of the City of Hogansville announce that the location of the Public Hearing scheduled for Monday, August 3, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. has changed.
The Public Hearing will now be held at:
The Royal Theater
400 East Main Street
Hogansville, GA 30230
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on the proposed amendments to the City of Hogansville Unified Development Ordinance (UDO).
The proposed amendments include the creation and establishment of a Heavy Industrial (HI) zoning district, the adoption of standards and regulations for data center developments, and the establishment of procedures and requirements related to Developments of Impact.
