THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS PART OF THE SAME PROPERTY DEEDED TO MARY BAUGH TO GEORGE. KENNEDY, DATED FEBRUARY 20, 1909, WHICH IS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 8, PAGE 370, TROUP COUNTY, GEORGIA DEED RECORDS.

The Sheriff’s Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the July 1, 2025, and recorded in Deed Book 2335, Page 265, Troup County, Georgia Deed Records.
