1. Marcus Russell Storey, Jr. desires to change his name to Marcus Russell Furgerson; and
2. The Petition for said change of name has been filed in the Superior Court of Troup County, Georgia; and
3. The Petition for said name change was filed on the 1st day of July, 2026; and
4. All persons having an interest in said name change, or who are an affected party, have a right to appear and file objections to said petition within thirty (30) days of the filing of said petition.
