TO: Patricia Rachalla; all heirs of Patricia Rachalla; and all residents, occupants, tenants, lienholders, claimants, and/or other interested parties of the property known as 97 Addie Street LaGrange, Georgia.
You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to establish title to the below described property against all the world was filed on the 16TH day of June, 2026, in the Superior Court of Troup County, Georgia, Coweta Judicial Circuit, and that by reason of order for service by publication entered by said court, you are hereby commanded to be and appear at said Court within 30 days of the date of the order for service by publication to answer said petition and file pleadings before the Court.

All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 108 of the 6th Land District, LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia, being known and designated as all of lot numbered One, on a plat of survey by J. Hugh Camp and Associates dated June 29, 1981, recorded in Plat Book 20-B, Page 14, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Troup County, Georgia, to which reference is made for the specific location and dimensions of said lot. Situated upon said property is dwelling numbered 97 Addie Street, according to the present system of numbering dwellings in LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia.
