NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM PROPERTY AFTER TAX SALE

All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 108 of the 6th Land District, LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia, being known and designated as all of lot numbered One, on a plat of survey by J. Hugh Camp and Associates dated June 29, 1981, recorded in Plat Book 20-B, Page 14, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Troup County, Georgia, to which reference is made for the specific location and dimensions of said lot. Situated upon said property is dwelling numbered 97 Addie Street, according to the present system of numbering dwellings in LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 18th of May 2026. This property is also known as Troup County Tax Parcel No. 0503B 023 001.
The Sheriff’s Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the May 7, 2024, and recorded in Deed Book 2269, Page 768, Troup County, Georgia Deed Records.
