PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given by the Mayor and Council of the City of LaGrange that a public hearing will be held on the 14th day of April, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, 208 Ridley Avenue, LaGrange, Georgia, to consider the following proposed action: to amend and/or recodify a select portion of the zoning ordinances of the City of LaGrange related to foundation surveys. The City code provision proposed to be amended involves Chapter 25C-5 in order to establish foundation survey requirements. This public hearing is held pursuant to the Georgia Zoning Procedures Law (O.C.G.A. §36-66-1 et seq.) and the Code of Ordinances of the City of LaGrange.
