TO: Discover Bank; Chinester McFarland; all heirs of Chinester McFarland; Marieko McFarland; all heirs of Marieko McFarland; Tishari Hardnett; all heirs of Tishari Hardnett; and all residents, occupants, tenants, lienholders, claimants, and/or other interested parties of the property known as 203 Granite Street, Hogansville, Georgia.
You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to establish title to the below described property against all the world was filed on the 31st day of December 2025, in the Superior Court of TROUP County, Georgia, Coweta Judicial Circuit, and that by reason of order for service by publication entered by said court, you are hereby commanded to be and appear at said Court within 30 days of the date of the order for service by publication to answer said petition and file pleadings before the Court.

All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Hogansville, Troup County, Georgia, shown on Property Map showing housing layout of United States Rubber Company, Star and Reid Mill, Hogansville, Troup County, Georgia, prepared by L.H. Fitzpatrick, C.E., dated July 1946, being Lot No. 21 in Block 11, said land being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Troup County, Georgia.
Being the same property conveyed by Warranty Deed from Edwards E. Brookins to Howard E. Lowe and Mary F. Lowe dated July 12, 1993, filed for record July 14, 1993, recorded in Deed Book 35, Page 352, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Troup County, Georgia.
