The West Point Mayor and Council will hold a public hearing Tuesday, March 31, 2026, and the business meeting Monday, April 13, 2026, in the Council Chambers at West Point City Hall. Grant Alan Nesmith, owner and LBC Mechanical, LLC requests a Zoning Amendment for property located along Sandtown Road and Kia Boulevard tax parcel ID 0770 000028E. The zoning change request is from CGN: General Commercial I-1: Light Industrial per the Official Zoning Map of West Point, GA.
