All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lots 128 and 129 of the 5th Land District of Troup County, Georgia, and more particularly described as Tract 5 as shown on a plat of survey by Ronnie C. Lumpkin, dated May 24, 1983, prepared by William J. Egan, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor, and recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 11, Troup County, Georgia Deed Records, which plat of survey is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference thereto for the purpose of a more complete and accurate description.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the March 30, 2026. This property is also known as Troup County Tax Parcel No. 0781 000 035
The Sheriff’s Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the September 3, 2024, and recorded in Deed Book 2285 Page 573, Troup County, Georgia Deed Records.
