NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM PROPERTY AFTER TAX SALE
STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF TROUP

Walter Wendell Miller; all heirs of Walter Wendell Miller; and all residents, occupants, tenants, lienholders, claimants, and/or other interested parties:

The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia, and described as follows: Commencing at a corner 174 feet from Union Street adjoining Mealy Ford’s place and running thence East along said line 58 feet to a street running South from Dix Street; Thence North along said street 33 feet 6 inches to a distance halfway between the two houses on said street to a corner; Thence West 58 feet to a corner; Thence South 33 feet 6 inches to the beginning point and bounded as follows: on the South by Mealy Ford; on the East by street running South from Dix Street; on the North and West by L.M. Wyatt.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of March 2026. This property is also known as Troup County 0503C 014 009.
The Sheriff’s Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of June 2024, and recorded in Deed Book 2273 Page 271-272, Troup County, Georgia Deed Records. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 30th day of March 2026 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
