NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM PROPERTY AFTER TAX SALE
STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF TROUP
Edward Davis Hanson; all heirs of Edward David Hanson; and all residents, occupants, tenants, lienholders, claimants, and/or other interested parties:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
MAP & PARCEL 0941 000 041
All of the following described property, to wit: Beginning at a point where the North lot line of No. 274 in the 5th land District of Troup County, Georgia, intersects the West margin of the Atlanta and West Point Highway; thence run South 88° West for a distance of 400 feet; thence run in a Southerly direction parallel with the West margin of said highway for a distance of 152 feet; thence North 88° East 400 feet to the West margin of said highway; thence in a Northerly direction along the West margin of said highway 152 feet to the point of beginning the same being Lots 61 and 62 according to a plat of a subdivision of the M.B. Higginbothem estate made by L.W. Stanford, county surveyor. A 20-foot strip off front has been taken from the above as right-of-way by Highway Department.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of March 2026. This property is also known as Troup County Tax Parcel No. 0941 000 041.
The Sheriff’s Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of October 2024, and recorded in Deed Book 2293 Page 154, Troup County, Georgia Deed Records. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 30th day of March 2026 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
