Troup County, Georgia Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Charles Hilton Collier, A Single Man to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., As Grantee, As Nominee For Statewide Mortgage, LLC dated 09/30/2020 and recorded 10/06/2020 in, in Book 02057, Page 0183, Troup County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC by assignment recorded on 04/30/2025 Deed Book: 02321 Page: 0032 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Troup Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 224,852.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Troup County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on 04/07/2026, the following described property: All That Certain Tract Or Parcel Of Land Situate, Lying And Being In Land Lot 232 Of The Sixth Land District Of Troup County, Georgia, And Being More Particularly Described As Lot 4 Of Hamilton Lake Phase I, As Shown On That Certain Final Plat Of Hamilton Lake Phase I, Of Record At Plat Book 20d, Page 57, Troup County, Georgia Records. Reference To Said Plat Is Hereby Made For A More Complete And Accurate Description Of Said Lot 4. “This sale is subject to any post-foreclosure lien rights the United States may retain against this property related to the junior liens on record in favor of a United States entity pursuant to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling in Show Me State Premium Homes, LLC v.
