TO: Dwayne Sanchez; all heirs of Dwayne Sanchez; all residents, occupants, tenants, lienholders, claimants, and/or other interested parties of the property known as 204 Lake Shore Court, LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia
You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to establish title to the below described property against all the world was filed on the 12th day of January, 2026, in the Superior Court of TROUP County, Georgia, Coweta Judicial Circuit, and that by reason of order for service by publication entered by said court, you are hereby commanded to be and appear at said Court within 30 days of the date of the order for service by publication to answer said petition and file pleadings before the Court.

ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate, lying and being in Land Lot 232 of the Sixth Land District of Troup County, Georgia being more particularly described as Lot 54 of Hamilton Lake Phase I as shown on that certain final plat of Hamilton Lake Phase I of record at Plat Book 20D, Page 57-58 Troup County, Georgia Records. Reference to said plat is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description of said lots.
Said property is subject to covenants and restrictions for Hamilton Lake, Phase I as recorded in Deed Book 1170, Page 407 Troup County, Georgia Deed Records.
