NOTICE OF NUISANCE ABATEMENT
PROCEDURE HEARING

The City of LaGrange, Georgia, pursuant to LaGrange City Code § 25C-5-51, et seq. and O.C.G.A § 41-2-12, hereby gives notice that on the 17th day of March, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., there shall be heard before the Municipal Court of the City of LaGrange, Georgia, 208 Ridley Avenue, LaGrange, Georgia, a Nuisance Abatement Complaint In Rem concerning property known as 111 Seminary Street and whether such property shall be deemed a nuisance property and subject to abatement. To the best of the undersigned’s knowledge and belief, record title to said property is in the name of JL LAGRANGE INVESTMENT LLC.
