NOTICE OF NUISANCE ABATEMENT
PROCEDURE HEARING

The City of LaGrange, Georgia, pursuant to LaGrange City Code § 25C-5-51, et seq. and O.C.G.A § 41-2-12, hereby gives notice that on the 17th day of March, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., there shall be heard before the Municipal Court of the City of LaGrange, Georgia, 208 Ridley Avenue, LaGrange, Georgia, a Nuisance Abatement Complaint In Rem concerning property known as 308 Carver Street and whether such property shall be deemed a nuisance property and subject to abatement. To the best of the undersigned’s knowledge and belief, record title to said property is in the name of EMMA DAVENPORT AND DONALD P. DAVENPORT.
