NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM PROPERTY AFTER TAX SALE
STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF TROUP
Lennie Thomason; all heirs of Lennie Thomason; J.W. Thomason; all heirs of J.W. Thomason; and all residents, occupants, tenants, lienholders, claimants, and/or other interested parties:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
MAP & PARCEL 0223 000 051
All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 11th Land District of Troup County, Georgia, about 3 1/2 miles North of Hogansville, Georgia, being parts of Lots 9, 10, 11, and 12, as per plat of lands of Clarence Smith subdivision, made January 1949, and recorded in Plat Book 2, Pages 3 and 4, Troup County records, to which said plat and records referred to is hereby made for a fuller description. Parts of said lots here conveyed being a tract of land facing one hundred (100) feet on the West side of the Atlanta Highway and extending back West equal with a distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet, said lands being a part of the J.H. Arnold Estate subdivision.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 16th of February 2026. This property is also known as Troup County Tax Parcel No. 0200 000 051.
The Sheriff’s Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the July 2, 2024, and recorded in Deed Book 2276, Page 770-771, Troup County, Georgia Deed Records. The property may be redeemed at any time before February 16, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
