NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM PROPERTY AFTER TAX SALE
STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF TROUP

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Beginning at the intersection of the east line of property of Woodard property in Land Lot No. 158, Hogansville District, Troup County, Georgia. With the southeast margin of Bass Road, thence run southwesterly along said Bass Road a distance of 480 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Thence continue along Bass Road south 50° 00’ west a distance of 180 feet, thence run north 40° 00’ west a distance of 230 feet, thence run north 50° east a distance of 180 feet, thence run south 50° 00’ east a distance of 230 feet, to the point of beginning. Being part of that tract described in Deed Book 277, Page 346 Records of Troup County, Georgia. Located in Land Lot No. 158 Hogansville District, Troup County, Georgia
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 16th of February 2026. This property is also known as Troup County Tax Parcel No. 0200 000 050.
The Sheriff’s Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the October 1, 2024, and recorded in Deed Book 2293, Page 174-175, Troup County, Georgia Deed Records. The property may be redeemed at any time before February 16, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
