All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 69 of the 11th Land District, Troup County, Georgia, being shown as Parcel 1, containing
4.630 acres, and being more particularly shown on plat of survey prepared by Jackson Land Surveying Company, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2274, dated October 18, 1999, entitled “Survey for Claude M. O’ Bryon & Penny D. O’Bryon” and recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 23, Troup County, Georgia Deed Records. Said plat and record are hereby incorporated herein for a more complete description.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 16th of February 2026. This property is also known as Troup County Tax Parcel No. 0022 000 013.
The Sheriff’s Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the October 1, 2024, and recorded in Deed Book 2293, Page 158, Troup County, Georgia Deed Records. The property may be redeemed at any time before February 16, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
