TO: SHAKIERA D. REEVES, KERNESHIA BRIDGES, KELVIN TUCKER, ANGEL TUCKER, and KIEVAN BRIDGES:
You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking Foreclosure of a Security Deed relating to property known as 645 Teaver Road, Lagrange, Georgia 30240 was filed against you on April 9, 2025. Pursuant to a December 22, 2025 Order Granting Motion to Serve by Publication Defendants Shakiera D. Reeves, Kerneshia Bridges, Kelvin Tucker, Angel Tucker and Kievan Bridges, you each are commanded and required to file with the Clerk of said Court and to serve upon Plaintiff’s Attorney, W. Reese Willis III, Aldridge Pite, LLP, Six Piedmont Center, 3525 Piedmont Road, N.E., Suite 700, Atlanta, GA 30305, an Answer to the Complaint within sixty (60) days of December 22, 2025. The Clerk of Superior Court of Troup County is hereby directed to enclose, direct, stamp, and mail a copy of the Notice of Publication, together with a copy of the December 22, 2025 order, and the Complaint, to Shakiera D. Reeves, Kerneshia Bridges, Kelvin Tucker, Angel Tucker and Kievan Bridges at 645 Teaver Road, Lagrange, Georgia 30240, within fifteen (15) days after filing this Order, and make an entry of this action on the record.
