Troup County, Georgia Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Denisha Leonard to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc As Grantee, As Nominee For Statewide Mortgage, LLC, its successors and assigns, dated 05/20/2025 and recorded 05/21/2025 in, in Book 02324, Page 0548-0561, Troup County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Amerihome Mortgage Company LLC by assignment recorded on 12/18/2025 in Book 02361 Page 0281-0282 in Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Troup Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 196,278.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of TROUP County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on 02/03/2026, the following described property: the Of All That Tract Or Parcel Of Land Lying And Being In Land Lot 143 Of The 6th Land District Of Troup County, Georgia, Being Lot No. 222, Jenkins Place Subdivision, As Shown On Plat Survey Of Said Subdivision Recorded In Deed Book 17, Page 488-489, Troup County, Georgia, Deed Records, Said Plat Of Survey Being Incorporated Herein And Made A Part Hereof By Reference Thereto For The Purpose Of A More Complete And Accurate Description.
