278.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of TROUP County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on 02/03/2026, the following described property: the Of All That Tract Or Parcel Of Land Lying And Being In Land Lot 143 Of The 6th Land District Of Troup County, Georgia, Being Lot No. 222, Jenkins Place Subdivision, As Shown On Plat Survey Of Said Subdivision Recorded In Deed Book 17, Page 488-489, Troup County, Georgia, Deed Records, Said Plat Of Survey Being Incorporated Herein And Made A Part Hereof By Reference Thereto For The Purpose Of A More Complete And Accurate Description. This conveyance is made subject to all zoning ordinances, easements and restrictions of record affecting said bargained premises.
