By Order for Service by Publication dated the 30th day of April, 2026, all interested parties are hereby notified that on January 13th, 2025, Plaintiff Crossvine Residential Community Association, Inc. filed its Complaint for Money Owed against Defendant Eric Bullard, said case being filed in the Superior Court of Troup County and assigned Civil Action File No. 25CV0016.
Defendant Eric Bullard is hereby directed and required to file with the Clerk of the Superior Court of Troup County, Georgia and to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney an Answer to this lawsuit, in writing, within sixty (60) days of the date of the Order for Publication.
