The above-described property is the same property conveyed to Mary Parker Cooper from O.J. Skinner by Warranty Deed dated October 2, 1961, recorded in Deed Book 149, Page 440, Troup County Deed Records.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 16th of February 2026. This property is also known as Troup County Tax Parcel No. 0944C 007 087.
The Sheriff’s Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the October 1, 2024, and recorded in Deed Book 2293, Page 160, Troup County, Georgia Deed Records.
