TO Curtis Greene; all heirs of Curtis Greene; Citizens Trust Bank; Nakia Tamika Greene, Administrator of the Estate of Curtis H. Greene SR. a/k/a Curtis Greene; and all residents, occupants, tenants, lienholders, claimants, and/or other interested parties of the property known as 1769 Vernon Road, LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia,
You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to establish title to the below described property against all the world was filed on the 19th day of December, 2025 in the Superior Court of Troup County, Georgia, Coweta Judicial Circuit, and that by reason of order for service by publication entered by said court, you are hereby commanded to be and appear at said Court within 30 days of the date of the order for service by publication to answer said petition and file pleadings before the Court.

All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Sixth Land District of Troup County, Georgia, together with all improvements thereon, consisting of a Service Station building fronting on United State Highway No. 29 and a five room frame house in the rear of said service station, and being known as Lot Nos. 73 and 74 according to a plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 75, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Troup County, Georgia, which plat is here referred to , adopted and incorporated herein for the purpose of a more complete and adequate description. This being the same property as conveyed by a Warranty Deed dated May 24, 1950, executed by J.D. Weathers, Jr., to BR Swanson and recorded in Deed Book 78, Page 412, Troup County Records.
Situated upon said property is dwelling numbered 1769 Vernon Road, according to the present system numbering dwellings in Troup County, Georgia.
