Troup County, Georgia Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Shacarla McCauley, A Single Woman to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., As Grantee, As Nominee For Statewide Mortgage, LLC, its successors and assigns , dated 09/14/2020 and recorded 09/16/2020 in , in Book 02052, Page 0633-0648, Troup County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC by assignment recorded on 04/30/2025 Deed Book: 02321 PAGE: 0030-0031 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of TROUP Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 137,365.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Troup County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on 06/02/2026 , the following described property: All That Tract Or Parcel Of Land Lying And Being In Land Lot 55 Of The 6th Land District Of Troup County, Georgia; And Being Lot 1, Section 1, Ridgefield Subdivision, As Shown By That Certain Plat Of Survey Prepared By Henry H. Jackson, G.R.L.S. No. 2274, For Wanda M. Cummings, Dated May 1, 1997, And Recorded In Plat Book 50, Page 256, Troup County, Georgia Deed Records, Said Plat Being Incorporated Herein And Made A Part Hereof For The Purpose Of A More Complete And Accurate Description. “This sale is subject to any post-foreclosure lien(s) rights the United States may retain against this property related to the junior lien(s) on record in favor of a United States entity pursuant to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling in Show Me State Premium Homes, LLC v.
