NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM PROPERTY AFTER TAX SALE
STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF TROUP

Marilyn Callaway; all heirs of Marilyn Callaway; and all residents, occupants, tenants, lienholders, claimants, and/or other interested parties:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lots 22 of the 6th Land District of Troup County, Georgia, containing 6.941 acres and being more particularly shown and delineated as Tract 2 on that plat of survey prepared by Camp & Associates Land Surveying, P.C. entitled “Survey for Marilyn Callaway” dated November 7, 2007 and recorded in Plat Book 73, Page 204, Troup County, Georgia Deed Records; said plat being incorporated herein and made a part hereof for the purpose of a more complete and accurate description.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 25th of May 2026. This property is also known as Troup County Tax Parcel No. 0492D 000 017A
The Sheriff’s Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the July 2, 2013, and recorded in Deed Book 1713, Page 0007, Troup County, Georgia Deed Records.
