STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF TROUP NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained with that certain Security Deed dated May 17, 2019, from Zachary Thompson Smith to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Statewide Mortgage, recorded on May 20, 2019 in Deed Book 01976 at Page 0302 Troup County, Georgia records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Nationstar Mortgage LLC by Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated May 17, 2019, in the amount of $109,250.00, and said Note being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Troup County, Georgia, on July 5, 2023 the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the “Property”): ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOTS 226 AND 251 OF THE 4TH LAND DISTRICT OF TROUP COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS TRACT 4, CONTAINING 9.7 ACRES, AS SHOWN ON PLAT OF SURVEY FOR THE PROPERTY OF E.O. LIGON PREPARED BY HARRY B.
