NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM PROPERTY
AFTER TAX SALE

COUNTY OF TROUP

Tommie A. Dixon; any and all heirs of Tommie A. Dixon; King Smith Dixon; any and all heirs of King Smith Dixon; and any and all residents, occupants, tenants, lienholders, claimants, and/or other interested parties:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
Map and Parcel # 0503C-025-012
That tract or parcel of land 50 feet square in the south east corner of Lot No. 3 of the Tower Heights Subdivision bounded North by lands of Lobelia Dixon, east by Lot No.4, South by Lot No 2, and West by Robert Lindsey Lot No. 3, a plat of said property is recorded in Deed Book 17, Pages 344, Troup County Records. Also, that tract or parcel of land beginning in the northwest corner of Lot No. 4 of the Edmund Daniel Property and running west along Revis Street 50 feet, thence south along the lot of Mary Gibson 150 feet, thence east along lot of E.D. Daniel 50 feet, thence north 150 feet to starting point. Bounded north by Revis Street, east and south by lands of E.D. Daniel and west by lands of Mary Gibson.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 10th day of October 2022. This property is also known as Troup County Tax Parcel No. 0503C-025-012.
The Sheriff’s Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of December, 2020, and recorded in Deed Book 2069 Page 479, Troup County, Georgia Deed Records. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 10th day of October, 2022 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Marquetta Linder c/o Key & Gordy, P.C., P.O.
